Useless bunch of retards altech

It has been a year now and these *****s can still not get simple accounting correct.

A year ago, I changed bank accounts and did not update my details with this bunch of idiots. They then sent me to their legal department ? I subsequently paid them for services rendered but chose not to have a debit but rather do an eft into their account each month.

Guess what??? They gave me the account number and reference number that I should use when paying. It has now been a year of fraustration but the biggest joke is that I get a statement each month showing I am in arrears for the last year. Any calls?? NO mails?? NO

But, I now use my time to call their useless CUSTOMER CARE dept endlessly only to be told I must send proof of payment... what for?

You gave me the account now never and reference. Do you not have simple accounting practices to reconcile your bank accounts??

I will certainly cancel their NON service that I pay for and use another tracking company that I have for my other 2 cars
