USELESS and UNRELIABLE

There is a 2 hour delay on their "panic button", I have requested multiple times for this device to be removed from my car since it is not reliable and most importantly, it is a waste of my money. I am tired of calling their customer service, their employees are insisting that the nonsense they installed is working, I will drive to their centre to have it removed and switch to a tracker I can rely on incase of emergency

I will never ever use Netstar again and I don't encourage anyone else to, so if you are reading this, please stay away for your own sake
