Useless and unprofessional

I've been using BEAME and I never had a problem, just bought a Toyota Quantum and thought of trying Netstar.

I called on Friday, Monday technician fitted the device but till today it is still not activated, called several times with no luck, I requested a callback via Netstar website but till now no call..I then opted "contract cancellation" via WhatsApp and was given a case ref CAS-***-Z5K8.

Sad part I went through the reviews before signing up but hoped for positive response as everyone is complaining about HOW USELESS is NETSTAR.

Please kindly quote me for cancellation fees as I no longer need anything to do with NETSTAR. BEAME is already taking care of my combi.
