Useless and ***** company!

Worst service ever. I had a tracking device in my vehicle that I traded in. I tried for one week to get Netstar to come and do a deactivation and then a reinstallation in my new vehicle. The agents at their call centre are useless. Not one could understand this simple concept. I then traded in my old car. I went with another company to then install in my new car because Netstar dropped me horribly. Now I have to pay Netstar a cancelation fee because NETSTAR couldn't do their job and show up. Please try and employ people with a bit of intelligence!!!
