Useless and poor service

'I am very disappointed with the service rendered by Netstar car tracker company. They only car about deducting increasing and deducting money from their customers account other than they don't car. I took out insurance with Miway which requested stupid Netstar Easy Fleet device.. it has been four weeks now. No assistance received what so ever..the first lady phoned me and she was the most ***********. She told me that I don't need to install any device since I have already unit fitted. After a week another one phoned and said I need to upgrade my unit to be in line with Miway.. it's been fourth week no technician has contacted me that means I am not covered because of you *********** staff
