Useless and incompetant Altec Netstar!!

I am totally disgusted with the incompetant way that my settled account has been handled, now they have been claiming for years now that i owe them money, they never sent a settlement letter years ago when i requested it, i have been trying to solve this matter with altec netstars headoffice but i whould rather be speaking to a brick wall, they are USELESS!!
