Useless Alarm System

I'm not happy with the service I'm getting from Netstar. They installed a device that does not work. I was told a technician will go sort out the device I'm still waiting. I'm getting false notifications about my alarm. I will never recommend Netstar to anyone. The service is horrible.

Even the alarm is system is not efficient. You get an sms not a call....Im mean REALLY

Sort out the device or cancel the contract. I will try Tracker
