Useless

I had tracker units fitted to both my vehicles through my insurance. Logging into the portal showed me the following: Vehicle 1: Unit Functional, current position not available Vehicle 2: Unit functional, current position show an address 2km from my house en indicating that vehicle status is moving - that while the vehicle is parked inside my garage. Report the problem and they said they would come and fixed it. The technician arrived and changed the unit on both cars - and also change the location of unit in both cars. After waiting for the so called activation period still problems, but worse this time. Vehicle 1: Unit functional, location shows as 100 km from actual location and no matter where I drive to - it keep to the same address. Vehicle 2: Unit functional, no current available position no matter where I drive.

I think that Netstar is absolute useless, Can we please have them removed as a trustworthy company.
