Useless

I recently bought a car for business purposes and my insurance companies car tracker had suggested Netstar to me...After installation of my tracker of the test and fitment certificates came in a hurry...but the day I tried to view my vehicle on their app it shows a blank...It's been three weeks and I haven't seen my car on their app so my driver is driving unmonitored...I sent 2 emails complaining and I get an email saying my issue is "resolved"...last one I sent was to cancel my account and that is also "resolved" according to them. I have absolutely never been so irritated in my life, I will not answer any phone calls from them or anything all I want now is for them resolve my final issue which is cancelling my account for a service I have never received from them.
