Useless

On the 09 December 2017 between 05h00 & 06h00 in the morning, our car got ****** the battery was removed from the car, altech netstar just send an sms at about 05h30 to notify that the battery has been removed. My question now is that if a car battery is removed are they not supposed to call you and follow up, why is the battery being removed and that at 05h00 in the morning, who removes a battery at 05h00 in the morning on a weekend nogl. So at around 06h30 - 07h00, when we eventually woke up to the sms the car was gone. Called the customer care line asked why do you guys sent sms and don't call, the consultant said they don't see sms on they side, this guy also call back and says the car signal is in Linden, a neighbour had to drive my husband there only to find out the tracker has been removed, was this guy not supposed to dispatch they people out there, so i now don't understand how this system works, mind you a few weeks ago or month Altech came to upgrade the alarm system, which is of clearly useless. But they Debit Order goes off before you have even purchased yourself a colddrink. Yet there service is terrible.
