Update on my previous post/review

I'd like to begin by expressing my gratitude to hellopeter for providing a platform for awareness and recognition of excellent service.

Big shoutout to Denise Comeroden from netstar for her exceptional service, which has left me feeling much more optimistic about my relationship with Netstar.

I'm delighted to report that she swiftly resolved my issue and provided feedback promptly.

While my experience with Denise Comeroden was highly positive, I believe there is room for improvement within the group as a whole.

Nonetheless, I remain appreciative of her outstanding efforts.
