Unsatisfactory of the services offered

<p>I have a problem with altech netstar tracking company, last year around June/July the company sent me a message that I am in arrears of which I don't understand how cause I gave them my account number to deduct money from, so I made arrangements with them that I can afford to pay R100 every month(arrears of R1000 and few rands) stared month end of September and October then November did not pay as looking forward for them to call me and asked for my proof of paymentsso far they promise to sent even today,instead they sent my information to debt collectors as if I don't want to pay them and it's escalated to R3632. 26</p>

Hi I am still getting calls from credit work that I owe them of which I got different statement from altech netstar and I made payment of R500 on the 3rd of this month, they never even bother to sent me statement or balance of money i deposited to them. I get easily irritated and ****ed off of being called left and right since Friday. May you please help out and credit work must stop calling me. Thank you in advance
