Unsatisfactory after sales service

I have not had any satifying service from Netstar since I needed my unit taken out of my old vehicle and re-fitted to my new vehicle. After numerous calls, emails, facebook comments, 6 reference numbers and website reviews they still do not respond. I am just wondering if they give this kind of service with the fitment am I going to get the same service in case of an emergency.
