Unsatisfactory about netstar

Netstar is disgusting to locate a vehicle using watsup is so stupid after I have tried almost 45 min to check for my vehicle it keeps on telling me to press 4 but when you check the statement the respond is quick but for location of your vehicle 0 this shows that they are only interested in making money not to satisfy the customer needs and secondly their customer care service stinks to hold for 25 minute to find out about location of my vehicle and 30 minutes later I got answer only to be told I need to upgrade my system but to my surprise if their stupid watsup never worked how I was supposed to know all this, but anyway that is how it is for this companies is to make money out of us and trow you into the dustbin just because your contract with them is finished my sin here is that now I am paying month to month so that is where the bitterness comes in. I won't recommend netstar to anyone else who likes his vehicle
