Unreliable Website
Once again Cyber Sleuth Supreme website is down. This happens frequently and you can forget getting any assistance in this regard over weekends. If you call the emergency number they simply tell you that they can do nothing about it and you must call the office number during working hours. Well that does not help when you are trying to track your loved ones vehicles. I have 2 vehicles with Altech Netstar and because of this exact problem I fitted tracker to my newest vehicle and the service is 100% better - much more proactive website with 24 hour support.
