unproffesional establishment, im looking for new tracker for my car

Netstar has sent me duplicated statement that look similar to last year October 2025. I paid the outstanding balance in November 2025. In December when i asked them to install the tracker on the new car because the old car was no longer in use i was told i owe December & January which i paid immediately, however it took them time to come and install the tracker after i called them several times. After installing the tracker in the new car, i asked them to cancel the old car which they did . In january 2026, i received the statement for 2026 that looks similar to that of October 2025 with the new & old car i it .

i called the legal department and they said they will fix the error but till today no one called me after i left several emails
