Unprofessional conduct

<p>It is unexpected of a big company like yours to employ people who cannot perform their duties , your financial department needs serious financial training , you guys have been debiting irregular premiums from me , and I must say that came with a cost , I recently spoke to a Nokuthula who said she was from your financial department and she promised me to resolve my problem and assured me that there will be no premium deduction from my account this month now guess what you guys tried to deduct money which was not even available in my acount as a result of this I got charged by the bank. You guys are failing to abide by your own contract , please let me know when and where to go so I can get this tracking device out of my vehicles and forget about you , you are not the only tracking company out there and I will visit matrix or car tracker for a better service.</p>
