Unprofessional- cancelation

Mid aug my vehicle got into an accident and it was written off .. 2 weeks later in the 30th Aug i called netstar to cancel the contract and the guy i spoke to was extremely rude . Then we wrote a review , They called same day 30 August regarding the review. They said they'll listen to the call recording and if I wasn't told about the different products they'll cancel my contract free of charge . The call back was supposed to be latest 1st of Sept To my surprise they only called on the 14th , we listened to the recording and indeed they're products were never presented to Me properly. In that same recording I picked up that initial in the contract I was supposed to pay R166+ and I've been actually paying R185 since March 2023 . Then the lady said they'll refund me all the extra money I paid with 10 to 14 days but I still have to pay R2800 for cancelation. I also mentioned that on the 30th Aug they said if I was not told about all the products on the call recording my cancelation will be free and she said she will confirm that and get back to me.

Today it's the 27th October, they are still deducting R185 from my account monthly . They still have not called back. They still haven't refunded me my money. They still haven't canceled my contract.

They act like they care when they get a bad review but it's all an act .. sad story is that I'm still using the same company for the other vehicle as well.
