unprofessional and day light ******* from altech nastar

I joined this tracking company under my insurance and I had 2 vehicles under them and 1 vehicle was involved in an accident and I was told to pay 10 % of th contract to close it as the car was a right off that was 170 then 1 vehicle was remaining with them that i continued paying monthly premiums as they required then last year April i started getting phone calls from Nastar claiming I owe them and that they r not receiving my payment when I phoned aukhurst they said they don't nr a thing abt what Nastar was saying even last week I even talked to one of the representatives of aukhast insurance they denied everything so is altech Nastar trying to robb me or what
