Unpleasant experience cancelling the account

<p>I joined altech netstar in 2013 as recomended by our previous insurance. Evrything was fine until last year when we sold the other vehicle, we contacted Altech Netstar to inform them we have sold the vehicle.</p> <p> </p> <p>They kept deducting money from my account, even though we have informed them to cancel the subscription. Months later they confirmed that the request was made on their side, CAS- ********** -P8Q3, and they even send us an email confirming cancellation of the policy.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now I wanted to cancel the policy altogether, for the remaining vehicle, the consultant tells us this policy cannot be cancelled as it has already been handed over to their legal department. This is actually holding a client hostage, the 36 months we had with you had lapsed, can someone please sort this mess out immediately?</p>
