********l deductions and breach of contract

I was, emphesis on WAS, by netstar 2 years ago, and had cancelled my contract with them back then already, as per the regulations. And now after all this time they started ********ly deducted from my account and now they toke every last sent i had in my account. I want my money back that they stole. Like i said i havent been with them for about 2 years. And i want all information of me removed from their system as it should have been 2 years ago. And they assured me back then that the cancelation of my account was successfull and that no deductions will accure again. Im on the point of sueing them.
