<p>altech netstar, has been debiting my account since 2016 june, for a vehicle i dont even own</p> <p>upon addressing the situtation they say it was my fault, i because i didnt answer my phone.</p> <p>so they took it upom themselves, because they had my banking details to debit me, and renew my contract .</p> <p>they cant provide me with a signed debit order authorization. how are banks validating ******** debits....?</p> <p> </p> <p>i had escalated this matter to a supervisor who is so rude. altech netstar is not a company to risk your life and vehicle with.</p>
