unknown car under my profile

I have a contract with netstar for a ford ranger which started on the 20th of October 2014. On the 6th of May( 7months later, I received a call from Netstar informing me that my Toyota corolla is invisible, I told them I don't own a Toyota corolla. I then decided the call altech netstar customer service. I found that on my profile there is a Renault sandero registered under my name. I called 6 different people and they kept on telling me that they will call me back on 4 different days. Now my car is not being tracked and I am at risk. I don't know under whose name it is registered. my account is not in arrears and from the 20th of October 2014 until today I have been paying for nothing. I tried to call the manager for the contact centre, it went on voice mail. I tried to send an email [Email Removed] system rejected it as invalid. I want my money back and want to cancel the contract
