Unit test certificate is not responding
Unit test certification is not responding. When I called them to find out why, I wanted the location of my car, I was told that my account was handed over. I tried to fix that by paying the required amount and fixed the date for deductions since they put wrong dates.
It was in May, but until today I can’t get the location whenever I test it. I’ve been calling them multiple times even the company that was handling my account confirmed that I paid and by now the account should be back.
They just tell me to wait for their call when I call them. If you have a choice kindly choose other trusted tracking company. Do not be like me.
