Unit repair

I have been trying to get Netstar to fix my unit on my car to no success. I keep getting promises that they are coming to fix my unit. I cancel all what I want to do on the day and they dont come. I callthem several times I am put on hold, I even have screen shot for being put on hold. Spoke to an urgent by name Ntokozo and she said she will give a call back in five minutes no call received called again and was told by the agent who answered that she cant get hold of the repair department so she is going to send an email. This is an appaling service. Please tell us if you are over subscribed so that I can immediately cancel this. Frustrated customer. Please when they call me -I just want to hear that a technician has been dispatched not apologies can i get your details and so forth. You have all my details
