Unhappy Netstar customer

Useless customer service, they never answer your phone calls, always call to say the car alarm is activated even though it never is, when we tell them of this, they say we must change the batteries on the panic button and chip, how is that our responsibility, next thing they will be saying we damaged the product, should they not be the ones servicing their faulty equipment, I want to cancel their services
