UNHAPPY CLIENT

I have bouhgt a Brand New Hyundai Tucson in 2017 Cash. I also paid Netstar R 4,500 Cash Upfront for 36 months. In Feb 2019 I have cancceled the Policy, to take up a new one on my New Vehicle. However the Request was for the first one to be cancceled first, and a refund for the remaning 18 months to be paid out. A Lady emailed me back this morning, after several emails and phone calls, to tell me the amount to be piad out will be R69.49*18 months =R1250.82 .

My Question now is, where this the remaing Amount of R 3,249.18. As the Dealership Commission was R 1,550. Deducted before.

Nobody can explain to me what the Monthly premium was, and how they came to the amount of R 69,49.

I have been waiting since end of Feb 2019 for an answer and refund. And now is still have to wait 7 more working days.

For 2 months they were phoning me 3 times a day, to take up the New Policy.

But I have to wait 47 days for my money and any feedback.

When you miss a monthly installment, they hand you over.

But Dont you dare ask for a Refund!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
