Unhappy

I had an insurance with dotsure and they forced me to put in a tracker. when i cancelled them they told me they will cancel my device as well as i didnt need it. now i get a statement to say that i have been handed over to itc with a scary balance.

so when i tell them that i had an indication that the tracker was cancelled they dont want to hear it. the best thing to was to say pay arrears and keep device but no the lady did not want to hear it. she just said contact the insurance.
