unfairly charged

it is the worst company you can partner with to track your car !! literally their faults are as followed: No invoices received, you will only get a debit order. they would not tell you exact location of your vehicle rather where nearest tower. and the customer service is pathetic i sold my car informed them on call centre that look i have sold my car, they still went on debit my account which i had told my bank to reverse as why should i pay for something that one isnt using. Now they have put my name in defaults on transunion credit report. out of that i only owe them R96 but they have put in R396 to my account. Please rather track your vehicles with Beame or Car track. They are best and accurate.
