Unfair treatment by Netstar.

My car was involved in a terrible car accident on the 10 January 2022, the insurance wrote it off. I canceled my Netstar device becouse my car was no longer exists. Now Netstar want me to pay cancelation fee of R2300.00. I feel that is unfair. I did'nt cancel becouse I dont want them, my car was write off. It does not exist. Netstar is treating me unfair and taking advantage.
