unfair default judgement listing with ITC

<p>I took a contract with Netstar in March 2015 for two cars. my instalment was R249.98 for both. I have discovered Nestar have listed a default judgement on my name without and for a full contract money of R6300 without notifying me. i checked with them and i am now arrogantly been advised that they did not get money in my account for two months. i was never notified of this and noticed that they continued taking money from my account even after the alleged default. I am worried that a company can just list you at the ITC without making you aware that they did not get the money if that was to be the case. They now demand that i pay them the full amount for the contract. i dont have such a lot of money hence i opted for a monthly contract with them. I am really frustrated because i have since sold one of the cars and these listing is affecting my job.Please help me</p>
