Unfair billing

called netstar tracker to get a tracker fitted in my car in 2013 dec.They did not debit my account for 3 months because apparently they were having system issues,I called to ask why they not debiting me and they could not find my details on they system and said I don't have a tracker.Months went by and I was called by a company called credit works saying I owe R6334.00 to netstar!I followed up on this with the company and that useless administration never got back to me nor help in any way.I then spoke to a lady called Nara ! and half month back who apparently was was in charge of this \bad debt".I emailed her and she said she would get back to me as she \""understood my issue\"" "
