Unfair Billing

I had a very unpleasant experience with Netstar. I canceled with them as my car had broken down and I did not need the services they provided. I had canceled (approximately) about one and a half years ago and the consultant that I spoke to confirmed that it was canceled and my account was up to date. A year and a half later I have been getting calls from a credit agency (Creworx) that Netstar handed me over to for not completing my payment. When I asked what this amount was for the consultant told me it was for cancelation fees. I told them that I had not been informed about this as it was so long ago and I made sure by enquiring if my account had any outstanding balance. I feel this is so unprofessional and ********* because I was not informed about cancelation fees and now I get these calls on a weekly basis stating that I owe money. Netstar should send their staff for proper training because it seems like they are not informing clients properly on all the details pertaining to the contract they offer and what amounts should be paid. I feel very disappointed in the fact that Netstar had been very unprofessional and has ****** me of my money. However I will be paying the amount as I want no ill from this entire situation. I advise people to stay away from netstar for their unprofessional behavior
