Yesterday I received a phonecall from Lerato representing the Legal Dept. enquiring about my planned date for settling the outstanding payment. I then explained to him that I do not owe them money and as far as I can recall my contract with them expired two years ago and requested the voice recording so I could replay it and should there be a clause stated on the audio about a lifetime contract with them then I would gladly pay them since everything was done telephonically. To my surprise I was informed that I now owe them more than the last months bill. I'm very much astonished to such conduct and never dreamed that my relation with this Company will end like this. People be warned out there about the unfair practices of this Company.
