Unbelievably terrible service

For the past year that we have had Netstar, we have had terrible customer service. Actually no customer service whatsoever. Every time contact has to be made, we have to use our airtime, our resources in order to contact Netstar with little to no help after doing so. Every time we send an email, we do get a reply - OVER A WEEK LATER.

We have wanted to change the details over to someone else for as long as I can remember and each time it has been requested, nothing was ever done about it.

Utterly disappointed with Netstar.
