Unbelievable

Its not the 1st time that Nestar calls the wrong person. After being told over and over to call me 1st as thats how it should work. Call me 1st, and then my secondary contacts. It always gets done the other way around and they get told over n over again not to. So after many times of asking them to change it, so when they get their "signals" they can call me directly 1st before making my secondary contacts worry, this morning, without having called me (i just arrived at my destination) they contact my secondary contact saying theres been a hijack and they cant get hold of me. How on earth they gathered that assumption without having even contacted me. Giving my secondary contact a massive fright and scare. So im tired of talking and pleading. I am absolutely tired of Nestar. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone and i absolutely regret taking them on when i purchased my car. They completely ***********.
