Unauthorized policy

The agents of this company make people look like fools by making them join policy unauthorized.the agent asked for my bank card to swipe on their speed point just to check if I qualify for which policy incase I would like to join.then after a day and amount of R250 was debited.what makes me angry is that she never said anything to me about joining,she just gave me a form incase I want to join,then I should fill it.I still have unfilled form with.
