Unauthorized debit orders. Don't trust netstar and budget

I am upset with netstar. I got a tracking unit via budget insurance in Feb 2018. Last month may 2021 I called budget to cancel my insurance. They advised me to also cancel with netstar which I did. I called them and spoke to a lady who told me my contract had ended in Feb 2021 as my 3 years had past and I was on a month to month. I told her to cancel and she confirmed that it's cancelled telephonically. I asked for a reference to the call and she told me there don't issue reference numbers.

June they attempt to debit my account. I never even have them my bank details. I will deal with budget for that. Again today they attempted to debit my account again. What the hell is going on? This is theft. I don't even have a netstar contract to even refer to because budget Insurance engaged you people as a 3rd party. I need this to stop
