Unauthorized Debit Orders and Immediate Contract Cancellation Request

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the conduct of Netstar regarding the unauthorized debit orders being processed against my bank account.

When my initial 3-year warranty period came to an end, I received a call from one of your consultants regarding the continuation of services. At the time, I was unable to speak and specifically requested that the consultant call me back at a more convenient time. Unfortunately, I never received any follow-up call from Netstar.

To my shock, I later discovered that Netstar has been debiting my old bank account for a service and contract that I never agreed to, signed, or authorized. At no point did I provide consent for a new contract, nor did I authorize any debit order deductions after the expiry of my original agreement.

It is completely unacceptable that a company would proceed with what appears to be a fabricated or automatically renewed contract without obtaining clear and documented authorization from the customer. These unauthorized deductions have caused me unnecessary financial stress and have negatively impacted my credit record.

I hereby demand the following:

Immediate cancellation of the alleged contract. Immediate cessation of all debit orders linked to my account. Written confirmation that the contract has been cancelled. A full investigation into how this unauthorized contract was activated. Reversal and refund of any unauthorized deductions where applicable. Correction of any adverse information reported against my credit profile as a result of these unauthorized debits.

I no longer require or wish to use Netstar's services. The manner in which this matter has been handled reflects poorly on your company and demonstrates a lack of respect for customer consent and contractual procedures.

I expect this matter to be resolved urgently and without delay.
