Unauthorized debit orders

So there has been a debit order from my account for the past 5+ years. I have tried to cancel it and mailed Netstar (***) about it several times too.

I see the debit order is still going off... It seems the only way to get the attention of Netstar is to write a negative review. I wonder who checks their mails at this organisation.
