Unauthorized debit order not cancelled

On the 1st of October 2015 a debit order was lodged against my account with no warning or authorization. Netstar was part of my insurance and I had to put a hold on my insurance for 3 months. Suddenly out of the blue the debit order went through my account and as I have not made provision for it it was returned.<br> I called Netstar and spoke to a lady- Marcia, she acknowledged that this should not have happened and please could I cover the Debit order for the 15th as it was too late to stop it. But that she would stop the next one.I did that and low and behold end of October ANOTHER Debit order again returned. I phoned again and asked to speak to Marcia but was told she is in a \meeting". I gave a message that she is to phone me immediately that day to sort it out. No phone call...on the 15th of this month ANOTHER debit order again returned.<br> This means that this incompetence has to date cost me R664.00. I demand that ALL my money is paid back to me and the debit is STOPPED IMMEDIATELY. Ignoring clients is really not a good practice...some don't just disappear!!! I have since tried talking to Marcia 3 times but no return call is forthcoming."""
