Unauthorized debit order
Debit my account when i do not have a contract with netstar. Then tells me its value added service... FOR WHAT? If im not even with netstar.
I phone and get put through after waiting nearly 30 minutes for someone to help me. I leave a message and no one bothers to phone me back!!!
PATHETIC!!!!!
