Unauthorized Debit Order

On the 19th July I requested a cancellation of Netstar, call reference CAS-***-L1S7. As yet this has not been cancelled and I still have a debit order being deducted. This constitutes ***** because I have proof that the cancellation was requested yet Netstar continues to debit my account.
