Unauthorized debit order

I have called Netstar - and left a message for them to call me wrt debits of R340 from my account without my consent. They promised to check up in it and called me back that was last week. Still nothing I want those funds back to my account. I spoke to Tisetso as reference 04 November 2022 and left a message .
