Unauthorized debit order by Netstar

A few months ago I called Netsar to locate my car They couldn't tell me where the car was? And yet they keep on debiting my account monthly? So i asked what is it that im paying for because their service is non existant I then sent an email requesting cancelation They customer care also sent their cancelations department an email Netsar is still processing debit order to this day of which ive now requested my bank to reverse They sending me legal sms for the returns that i made for a service that they couldn't provide There's so much competition out there and especially around these tough times where it did not even take me a day to get a replacement. I don't want to hear about Netstar except that the cancelation has gone through. I wish I never dealt with them to start with. Such a nightmare
