Unauthorized debit order

I registered with Nupay company and the nupay employee told me that they won't deduct any money from my account without calling me first,to my suprise the deduced the money anywhere, I went to capitec seeking for help and they told me that they can't help because the money be reversed. I want to cancel my contract with Nupay company and I want my money back
