Unauthorized debit
I have a device linked to car insurance paid by Dotsure but Netstar still attempts to debit my account I've called countless times and they don't care to resolve the issue instead they send debt collectors when my insurance pays the tracker with my monthly installment. Netstar is a mess this has been ongoing since November 2024 no one ever calls back
