Unauthorized charged

I am writing to formally escalate a complaint regarding the ongoing and unresolved issue with Netstar, which has not been addressed despite numerous attempts to communicate my concerns. I am extremely dissatisfied with the current situation and the lack of responsiveness to my previous emails and complaints.

Initially, my insurance was with Dotsure, through which my Netstar-related payments were processed. At no point did I enter into a direct contractual relationship with Netstar. When presented with a new insurance offer from Miway, despite my initial reservations due to having three years of unclaimed bonuses, I was reassured by a supervisor that partnering with Dotsure would be more economical. At no instance was I informed of any new or additional contracts with Netstar.

Since then, I have received unwarranted debit attempts from Netstar, despite explicitly communicating in September that I did not wish to continue with their services. My late partner initially established the insurance with Dotsure, and even after submitting the necessary death documentation, the issue persists. Two weeks after sending this, they still proceeded to deduct.

Netstar has been debiting considerable sums from my account without my approval or any legitimate contract, and my formal complaints have been systematically disregarded.

This letter serves to request immediate attention and action from the responsible authorities. I demand a thorough investigation into this matter and expect an official apology and full refund of all funds improperly deducted. These actions lack ethical business practices and occurred without my consent.

Please consider this matter urgent. I anticipate your prompt response and corrective measures. It is crucial for this issue to be escalated to higher management to ensure it is resolved fairly and efficiently.
