Unauthorized billing - **********

I used to have a Netstar device a few years ago which was cancelled when my car was written off. Since January my account has been debited with R59.00 per month which is ********** as my policy was cancelled. I have sent emails to have this resolved but get a reply:-<br> Due to the high volume of e-mails we are receiving, our response could be delayed, and we appreciate your patience and understanding in this regard.<br> <br> I would like a full refund with compound Interest at 22% please.!!!!!!
