unauthorised demand deposit netstar

<p>I bought a business in 2009, where the bank account in the businesses name was transfered to us, and now in 2016 i have started getting demand deposits out from my bank account by netstar...</p> <p> </p> <p>I think the previous owner had/has an account with netstar, and for some reason netstar is starting to bill my business account monthly for outstanding amounts in the old owners name...</p> <p> </p> <p>how is it possible that netsar can STILL provide my bank with a demand deposit from more than 7 years of unactivity.</p>
